I don’t think I would feel at peace if I knew I hadn’t at least reached out to her, or vice versa. We don’t know how much time we have left in this life; shouldn’t we at least try to reach out to the ones we’ve had a complicated relationship with, even it doesn’t turn out the way we hope?
