My words seem to be misinterpreted wrongly. I am not here rallying for rehabilitation. That is not my concern. I am trying to understand this disorder and it’s implications on society. It is important that parents and caregivers understand pedophilia if we are to protect children.

Like you mentioned, it is not something that offenders can be cured of, or have a change of heart after serving prison time. In no way am I minimizing or giving a free pass to pedophiles.

When we know better we can and must do better for our children.
