I am so sorry for these 2 young losses you have suffered in life. I once read how at the root of most addictions is low self-worth and how the addiction is used to numb that pain. Like you said it is extremely tragic and painful to think of the internal struggles they lived with. It hurts that my brother is no more, but knowing that he is not hurting any more is my only solace.
