Hi Deborah, another great post!Sorry for all you had to go through. As you said, writing is great therapy, it helps us process our scrambled emotions and understand them. I think it’s hard for people who are not writers to understand this fact.

If they are family, then they will be even more critical of what we write. There will always be resistance as we write out our hearts. We cannot change that. I also wrote about my ongoing fear of my family reading my writing.

But, NO you are not narcissistic, you are a writer and that too a great writer!

Keep writing your story and healing!
